Our Story
Rachelle Pereira is the founder of EQUALibrium Group. The business was born out of a friendship. Rachelle and her co-founder Katie Byrne met at a baby swim class in 2010, bonded over shared values of vulnerability, growth, and candor, and built EQUALibrium on that foundation in 2015.
Today, Rachelle leads the business with the same passion that started it all: helping companies and individuals build powerful, modern leaders. Based in New York City, she balances a busy practice, a full life, and a deep belief that the best leadership development starts with real human connection.

Rachelle is an accomplished speaker, executive coach, facilitator and consultant who has built a stellar client reputation by getting results. With over 15 years of experience in Leadership Development and as a qualified counselor, she brings deep expertise in team building, navigating difficult conversations and leadership capacity building in staff at all levels. She has consulted at over 100 organizations and with leaders across the world.
Rachelle dedicates over fifty percent of her time working with non-profit organizations, supporting executive leadership teams, custom designing and facilitating management and leadership training programs which are founded in emotional intelligence and promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
