Program Outline:
Kick-off meeting to meet the group, the facilitators and set yourself up to get the most out of the weeks to come.
4 highly interactive virtual trainings. Topics include the following:
Maximizing high-value activities
Projecting personal power and building inner confidence
Understanding your leadership style and leveraging strengths
Communicating to be heard
Exploring challenges that face women leaders
2 one-on-one executive coaching sessions to create specific individual goals support workshop content
2 peer coaching groups led by a highly experienced facilitator to create community and problem solving with broad perspectives and insights
